What size should I pick?

If you are planning for a loose fit you can choose an extra of 0.5 cm meanwhile for a good fit you can pick the exact size.

Can the customer wear two bracelets with different bracelets?

Yes, you can wear two bracelets at the same time from different bracelets.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

Why is your package shipped, but the logistics information has not been updated?

Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the international logistics center airport. During this period, there is no shipping information for inland transportation from the international logistics center. The logistics information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international logistics center and is scanned.

So please don't worry, just wait 3-5 days for the information to be updated.

What if the package does not arrive?

If you still don't receive the package after 60 days of the package shipment, please contact us at info@buddhaandspirit.com. We will resend a new package or refund the full amount.

We are based in China, where all of our bracelets are crafted. From our location, we handle all aspects of production and shipping, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality

Do you have any physical stores?

I have placed my order a while ago, but haven't seen/heard anything.

Sometimes we reach out to you if we see that the wrist size is missing from the order or when the wrist size is rather large/small.

Can they be worn when working out, showering, or at the beach?

We strongly discourage wearing the bracelets during certain activities, as they can damage both the gemstones and metal over time. The durability of the stones varies; some are harder and more resistant, while others are softer and more susceptible to damage. I was looking at a bracelet, but it was out of stock. When will it be back?

If you’ve already placed the order, you can notify us by replying to the confirmation email. Most of the time, we can prioritize your order and create it within 1 business day or even within a few hours. For transport, we use priority shipping to deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
